• Should be able to speak fluently in English and Hindi.• Should have basic computer knowledge including word, Excel , PowerPoint etc. • Should have good knowledge about medicines and should be able to read the medicine names from the prescription quickly.• Inbound & Outbound Purchase/Sales.• Educate patient about products and upsell it.• Maintain the tracker of orders taken.
